Skopje, 03.11.2016 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services conducted regular programme supervision over the work of the Makedonski Telekom Shareholders’ Company for Electronic Communications – Skopje – digital package, and DIGI PLUS MULTIMEDIA Company for Telecommunication Services DOOEL Skopje – digital package.
The supervision was focused on the observance of certain articles of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services (Article 50, Paragraph 5; Article 64, Paragraph 2; Article 141 and Article 143).
The supervision conducted over Makedonski Telekom Shareholders’ Company for Electronic Communications – Skopje – digital package found no violation of these legal provisions, whereas DIGI PLUS MULTIMEDIA Company for Telecommunication Services DOOEL Skopje – digital package was found in violation of Article 141 of the Law on AAVMS.
