Skopje, 2 December 2016 – In the process of monitoring the broadcasters’ coverage of the elections, the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services found violations of certain provisions of the Electoral Code on the part of Televizija Nova DOOEL Skopje, TV KOMPANI 21-M DOOEL Skopje, Nasha TV DOOEL Skopje, Regionalna TV Ultra DOOEL Skopje, TV Telma DOOEL Skopje, and TV Alsat-M DOO Skopje.
The Agency’s supervision over TV KOMPANI 21-M DOOEL Skopje, Regionalna TV Ultra DOOEL Skopje, TV Telma DOOEL Skopje, TV Alsat-M DOO Skopje and Televizija Nova DOOEL Skopje detected violation of Article 75-f, Paragraph 1, of the Electoral Code.
The monitoring over Nasha TV and Televizija Nova DOOEL Skopje indicated violation of Article 76, Paragraph 4, of the Electoral Code.
