Skopje, 10.12.2016 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services conducted control supervision over TRD BI-KI-AL Bitola, with the aim of verifying if this broadcaster had acted upon the previously imposed measure on the Agency’s part, due to violation of Article 15, Paragraph 3, of the Media Law, within the 45-day deadline envisaged by law.
Based on the supervision, it was concluded that this broadcaster had announced, in its own programme, the data about its ownership structure, the editor/s in chief and the financing sources in the previous year, and had submitted a recording of the same to the Agency.
