Ad Hoc Administrative Supervision Conducted over “Leona” Magazine

Skopje, 5 September 2018 – The Agency conducted ad hoc administrative supervision over the TIA MALIBU Dance i dr. DOO Skopje Trade and Services Company, as the publisher of the “Leona” Magazine, to verify if the latter had been observing the requirement to publish an Impressum.

The supervision showed that, the magazine’s issue no. 5 of September 2018, contained Impressum data, thus meeting the relevant obligation under Article 14, Para 1, of the Media Law, in full.
