Session No.16 – 02.06.2021

The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services has scheduled its 16^th session on 02.06.2021(Wednesday), starting at 14:30 hrs. The session will be held using a video-conference link.

2. Adoption of the Draft Minutes of the 15^th session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 28.05.2021.
3. Proposal to impose a measure against DRIM SAT IPTV DOOEL from the village of Chegrane, Gostivar, due to violation of Article 141 of the LAAVMS.
4. Proposal to impose a measure against TOTAL TV DOO from Skopje, due to violation of Article 143, Paragraph 3, of the LAAVMS.
5. Proposal to issue an approval to adopt a decision to pay the subscription to access the Internet Distribution System of the Central Register.
6. Draft-Rulebook on amending and supplementing the Rulebook on Gross Salaries and Other Remunerations of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
7. Proposal to issue an approval to adopt a decision to provide the rest of funds needed to implement the public procurement agreement for the following service: Renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate.
8. Proposal to issue an approval to adopt a decision to obtain goods for the needs of the Agency, at estimated values under the thresholds imposing implementation of the Law on Public Procurement.
