Summary of Session No.34/2021

Skopje, 26 November 2021 – At today’s session, the Agency Council adopted two Decisions on revoking the radio broadcasting license from RADIO AKTUEL Bitola DOOEL Trade and Broadcasting Company, and the television broadcasting license from TV NOVA DOO Gevgelija Trade and Broadcasting Company, respectively, due to failure to meet the minimum staffing requirements defined in the Rulebook on the Minimum Technical, Spatial, Financial and Staffing Requirements for Obtaining a Radio or Television Broadcasting License.
