Skopje, 15 January 2026 – Seventeen radio stations have taken advantage of the legal provision allowing voluntary submission of the percentage of domestic music they intend to broadcast. These include 2 national stations, 5 regional stations, and 10 local stations.
The radio stations that voluntarily reported the percentage of music in Macedonian and in the languages of ethnic communities to be broadcast daily have received a reduction in their licensing fees corresponding to the reported percentage.
