Session No. 1 – 14 January 2026

The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 1-st Session this year on 14 January 2026 (Wednesday), starting at 1:30 hrs, via videoconference.

  1. Adoption of the draft minutes from the 26th Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 26 December 2025.
  2. Draft decision on extending the radio broadcasting licence of the commercial broadcaster RADIO JEHONA FM LLC, Kumanovo.
  3. Draft decision on changes to the ownership structure of the commercial broadcaster RADIO VAT LLC, Skopje.
  4. Proposal to issue a public warning measure aganst commercial broadcaster MODEA LLC, Sveti Nikole, due to violations of Article 53, Paragraphs 4 and 5, in connection with Paragraphs 6 and 19 of the same article of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
  5. Proposal to issue a public warning measure against commercial broadcaster RADIO JEHONA FM LLC, Kumanovo, for a breach of Article 51, Paragraph 1 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
