Session No. 13 – 7.10.2025

The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 13th Session on 7.10.2025 (Tuesday), starting at 20:00 hrs, using a video conferencing link.

  1. Adoption of the Draft Minutes of the Twelfth Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 26.9.2025.
  2. Monitoring report covering the period from the announcement of the elections to the start of the campaign for the 2025 Local Elections, from 10 August to 28 September.
  3. Proposal to initiate a misdemeanour procedure against TRD TV GURRA DOOEL Kichevo due to violation of Article 75-f, Paragraph 1, of the Electoral Code.
  4. Proposal to issue an approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following service: maintenance of the hardware of the system for monitoring radio and TV services and supervision over the OPECN.
  5. Proposal to issue an approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following goods: electricity.
