Session No.15 – 04.04.2025

The Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 15^th Session on 04.04.2025 (Friday), starting at 14:00 hrs, using a video-conferencing link.

1. Adoption of the Draft Minutes of the 14^th Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 26.03.2025.
2. Proposals to initiate procedures for revoking broadcasters’ TV broadcasting licenses.
3. Draft decision to annul the Decision on Revoking the License of TV SHUTEL DOOEL Skopje Commercial Broadcasting Company.
4. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against the UNIVERSITY RADIO UGD FM non-profit broadcasting institution from Shtip, due to violation of Article 67, Paragraph 6, of the LAAVMS.
5. Proposal to issue an approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for the following goods: Modernization of a server room.
