The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 6^th Session on 29.07.2025 (Tuesday), starting at 10:30 am, using a video-conferencing link.

1. Adoption of the Draft Minutes of the 5^th Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 21.07.2025.
2. Draft-Decision on granting a local-level radio broadcasting license for the area of the municipality of Prilep.
3. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against TRD TV KANAL FESTA DOOEL Kumanovo, due to violating Article 51, Paragraph 1 of the LAAVMS.
4. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against TRD TV USKANA MEDIA DOOEL Kichevo, due to violation of Article 64 Paragraph 1 of the LAAVMS.
5. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against TRD TV USKANA MEDIA DOOEL Kichevo, due to violation of Article 92 Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the LAAVMS.
6. Proposal to grant an approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following service: Maintenance of computer and other ICT equipment.
7. Proposal to grant an approval to adopt a Decision for the procurement of a service of an estimated value below the value thresholds required for implementing the Law on Public Procurement.
