Session no. 8 – 01.03.2024

The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 8^th session on 01.03.2024 (Friday), starting at 15:40 hrs, using a via video conference link.

AGENDA

1. Adoption of the Draft-Minutes of the 7^th Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 28 February 2024.
2. Proposal to initiate a procedure for revoking the radio broadcasting license of Radio PRO-FM Gostivar.
3. Proposals to halt the procedures for revoking the TV and Radio broadcasting licenses of certain broadcasters.
4. Proposals to revoke the TV and Radio broadcasting licenses of certain broadcasters.
5. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against the MAKEDONSKA RADIOTELEVIZIJA Skopje – Makedonska Televizija – Second Programming Service (MRT2) Public Broadcasting Company, due to violation of Article 92, Paragraph 1, of the LAAVMS.
6. Request for consent to amend or supplement more than 20% of the programming concept under the radio broadcasting license, submitted by the RADIO 99 DOOEL Skopje Commercial Broadcasting Company, along with a Draft-Decision.
7. Information on the payment of the EPRA annual membership fee for 2024.
