Skopje, 17.02.2015 – Due to non-compliance with Article 80, Para 5 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, i.e. failure to pay the fee for the broadcasting license within the set deadline, the Agency Council adopted a decision, upon the proposal of the Director of the Agency, to initiate a procedure for revoking the broadcasting licenses of BTR TV, Amazon TV, Spektra TV, Sonce TV, Super Skaj TV, Dalga – KRT TV, Shutel TV, Kobra TV, Iris TV, Nova TV, Emi TV, Kiss Zlate TV, Edo TV, Lazani TV, Radio 5 Coki RA, Emi RA, B-97 RA, Dzez FM RA, Aleksandar Makedonski RA, and Di-Dzej RA.
Based upon a submitted request for granting a license without competition announcement, in line with Article 76, Para 7 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, the Agency Council adopted a Decision to grant a license for television broadcasting via public electronic communications network that does not use a limited resource, at the local level – Kumanovo, Lipkovo and Staro Nagoricane municipalities – to Ivana Petrovska from Dobroshane, Kumanovo.
The Agency Council adopted two Draft Rulebooks: Draft Rulebook on Determining the Length of the Annual Leave of the Employees in the Agency’s Professional Service, and Draft Rulebook on the Official Attire of the Employees in the Agency’s Professional Service.
The Council issued an approval to provide more funds for the realization of the contract for the following public procurement: interior construction and craft works in the Agency’s business facility, “Panko Brashnarov Palace”.
