SKOPJE, 4 February 2014 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services at today’s meeting adopted the Information on exemption from payment of a broadcasting fee for family households of obligors from the village of Dolni Manastirec, Municipality of Makedonski Brod and decided to propose to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia to exempt the family households of obligors from the village of Dolni Manastirec, Municipality of Makedonski Brod, a total of 48 (forty -eight ) family households, that are not covered by the broadcasting signals of PE Macedonian Broadcasting, broadcasting the programme services of the Macedonia Radio Television, from paying the broadcasting fee.
The Agency adopted the Audit Report on the method of preparation of the tender documentation for the project fiche: “Strengthening the administrative capacity of the regulatory bodies for telecommunications and media for effective regulation of the new digital services and multiplay services – EuropeAid/129857/D/SER/MK” .
The Agency adopted the Information on the request of the Macedonian Radio Television for geographical blocking (darkening) of the content of the Winter Olympic Games Sochi 2014, when there is broadcasting/retransmission of such content on foreign television programme services in the public communication networks in the Republic of Macedonia, and concluded to send a letter to all public electronic communication networks in the Republic of Macedonia, whereby it will indicate the obligation to darken foreign television programme services retransmitted in the Republic of Macedonia during the broadcast/retransmission of the content of the Winter Olympic Games Sochi 2014, from 7 to 23 February 2014.
The Agency adopted the registries of radio and television stations and they are posted on the website of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services decided to issue the following certificates for the registered programme packages:
– to the TBC – VINSAT KABEL LLC Vinica Certificate no. 1, whereby the registered programme package, as a whole, is supplemented with the following television programme services : MTV 1 , MTV 2 , Assembly Channel , Sitel , Sitel 3 , Kanal 5 , Kanal 5 Plus , Telma , Alfa TV, Iris (regionally) , Star TV (regionally), D1 TV (regionally), Kocani TV (locally ) , Kanal 8 TV ( locally) , Sonce TV , 24 Vesti TV, Atlas, RTS Sat, HRT 1 , HRT 3 , Valentino TV and DM Sat;
– to the Company for telecommunication engineering, software, trade and services BLIZOO MEDIA AND BROADBAND LLC Skopje, for the town of Veles, Certificate no. 27, whereby the registered programme package, as a whole, is supplemented with the following television programme service: Kanal 21 ( locally) ;
– to the TBC – operator of cable network INFEL KTV LLC Ohrid, Certificate no. 13, whereby the registered programme package, as a whole, is supplemented with the following television programme service: BN;
– to the Company for telecommunications PET NET LLC St. Marsal Tito bb, Gevgelija, Certificate no. 8, whereby the registered programme package, as a whole, is supplemented with the following programme services: TIME Radio ( locally) and Antenna 5 Radio;
– to the JSC Makedonski Telekom – Skopje , Certificate no. 51, whereby the registered programme package, as a whole, is supplemented with the following television programme service: Kanal TRI ( regionally);
– to the TBC – cable network operator ROBI LLC Stip, a subsidiary Telekabel – a digital package for the cities of Skopje, Veles, Stip, Bitola, Sveti Nikole, Strumica, Kocani, Negotino, Radovish and Kavadarci, Certificate no. 27, whereby the registered programme package, as a whole, is supplemented with the following television programme service: Kanal 5 Plus;
– to the Company for services, production and trading VVV – INTERNET Kumanovo, Certificate no. 2, whereby the registered programme package, as a whole, is supplemented with the following television programme services: Sport Klub, Sport Klub +, SK Prime, Golf Klub, Fishing and Hunting, Ultra, Cinemania, Mini Ultra, IQS Live, Al Jazeera Balkans, Klan Kosova, RTV 21 , 21 and 21 Plus Popullore.
