Skopje, 06.11.2014 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held a meeting (public debate) with the operators of the public electronic communication network, the objective of which was for the operators to provide their comments,
views, proposals on the Draft Rulebook on the form and contents of the application for registration in the register of operators retransmitting programme packages and of the confirmation for registration of programme packages/services.
The adoption of this Draft Rulebook stems from the need for harmonisation of the existing Rulebook for registration of the package of programme services of the operators of public communication networks with the provisions of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, as well as for the purposes of implementation of Article 141 paragraph 3 of the same Law.
