Skopje, 21.12.2016 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services conducted regular programme and administrative supervision over the work of the Makedonsko Radio, Third Programming Service (MRA 3), and TV Nova DOO Gevgelija, as well as control administrative supervisionover TV Kanal Festa DOOEL Kumanovo and TV Hana DOOEL Kumanovo.
The regular programme and administrative supervision over the Makedonsko Radio’s Third Programming Service (MRA 3) did not detect any violations of the provisions of the law. With TV Nova DOO Gevgelija, however, it was established that this broadcaster operated contrary to Article 51, Paragraph 1, of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, i.e. it had not provided the information required to be made available to its users.
The control programme supervision found that TV Kanal Festa DOOEL Kumanovo and TV Hana DOOEL Kumanovo had acted in full upon the decision previously submitted by the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
