Skopje, 7 November 2017 – The RM Commission on Protection against Discrimination submitted to the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services a reply presenting its opinion regarding the case that the Agency had initiated against Alfa TV, whereby it establishes the existence of discrimination on the grounds of ethnicity and belonging to a marginalized group.
