Skopje, 4 April 2024 – A delegation of the OSCE/ODIHR Observation Mission, led by Ambassador Jillian Stirk, paid a working visit to the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services today.
The key topic discussed at the meeting was the Agency’s work during the 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary Elections, including the legal framework regulating the media coverage of the elections, as well as the manner in which the monitoring over broadcasters shall be carried out in this period. Also, Ambassador Stirk informed the Agency about the objectives and the scope of the OSCE/ODIHR Mission during the elections.
