The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 11th session on March 18, 2022, starting at 13:00 hrs.

AGENDA

1. Adoption of the Minutes of the 10th session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on March 16, 2022.
2. Draft annual report on the work of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services for 2021.
3. Proposal to impose a measure on the operator ALTRA – SAT from Ohrid for violation of Article 141 of the of the LAAVMS.
4. Proposal for imposing a measure on TV DUE for violation of Article 14 of the Law on Media.
5. Proposal for granting approval for the implementation of a public procurement procedure for the following public procurement item – service: Software maintenance of the system for monitoring radio and TV services and supervision the OPECNs.
