Session No. 15 – 27 April 2026

The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 15^th Session on 27 April 2026 (Monday), starting at 11:00 hrs, via videoconference.

1. Adoption of the Draft Minutes from the 6^th Public Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 9 April 2026.
2. Adoption of the Draft Minutes from the 14^th Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 9 April 2026.
3. Draft Decision on granting a local-level television broadcasting licence via a public electronic communications network that does not use a limited resource.
4. Draft Decision annulling the Decision permitting a change in the ownership structure of TRD Radio Vat DOO Skopje.
5. Request for approval of a change or addition exceeding 20% of the programming concept under the radio broadcasting licence submitted by RTD Radio Rosa-AB DOOEL Skopje, along with a Draft Decision.
6. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against TRD Kompani 21-M DOOEL Skopje due to violation of Article 50, paragraph 3 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services and the Rulebook on the Protection of Minors.
7. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against TRD Kompani 21-M DOOEL Skopje due to violation of Article 55, paragraph 2, indents 2 and 3 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
8. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against TRD Kompani 21-M DOOEL Skopje due to violation of Article 14 of the Law on Media.
9. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against DMTU in Media and Information Nistori DOOEL village Strimnica–Zhelino, publisher of the online media portal “Nistori”, due to violation of Article 14, paragraph 1 of the Law on Media.
10. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against DITKU DMS Komunikacija DOOEL Skopje, publisher of the online media portal “Skopje Info”, due to violation of Article 14, paragraph 1 of the Law on Media.
11. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against DMTU N&M Media Group DOOEL Skopje, publisher of the online media portal “Nacional”, due to violation of Article 14, paragraph 1 of the Law on Media.
12. Proposal for granting approval to adopt a decision on the payment of funds for access to the Internet distribution system of the Central Registry.
13. Proposal for granting approval to adopt a decision on the procurement of a service with an estimated value below the thresholds for implementing the Public Procurement Law – craft services.
14. Proposal for granting approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following service: maintenance of the software for the radio and television services monitoring and supervision system for the OPECN.
15. Proposal for granting approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for the following service: cleaning services in the Agency’s office premises.

The session of the Agency Council was interrupted, and the remaining items shall be considered at its continuation.
