Session No. 21 – 12 December 2025

The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 21^st Session on 12 December 2025 (Friday), starting at 11:00, via video-conference.

1. Adoption of the Draft Minutes of the 20^th Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 21 November 2025.
2. Proposal to initiate misdemeanour proceedings against the Total TV DOO Skopje operator due to violation of Article 141 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services (LAAVMS).
3. Draft decision on changes in the ownership structure of the TV “Shutel” DOOEL Skopje broadcasting company.
4. Proposal for granting approval to conduct a procurement procedure below the value threshold requiring implementation of the Law on Public Procurement for the following service: training on “Applying standards in the preparation of technical specifications and defining capacity-assessment criteria.”
5. Proposal for granting approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following service: rental of newspaper space for publishing notices.
6. Proposal for granting approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following service: external security and resilience testing of the Agency’s network and internet portals.
7. Proposal for approving financial resources to renew two (2) user accesses to the electronic legal database of the “Official Gazette of the Republic of North Macedonia.”
