Session No. 6 – 19.02.2024

The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 6^th session on 19 February 2024 (Monday) starting at 14:00 hrs via a video conference link.

AGENDA

1. Adoption of the Draft-Minutes of the 5^th session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 7 February 2024.
2. Proposals to initiate procedures for revoking the TV or radio broadcasting licenses of the broadcasters at issue.
3. Proposal to impose a measure against the Multimedia Network operator from Gostivar, due to violation of Article 141 of the LAAVMS.
4. Proposal to impose a measure against the Telenet Kom operator from Tetovo, due to violation of Article 141 of the LAAVMS.
5. Proposal to impose a measure against the Infel-KTV operator from Ohrid, due to violation of Article 141 of the LAAVMS.
6. Draft-Decision on putting the employment status of an employee of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services on hold.
7. Proposal to issue an approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following service: Annual physical exams.
8. Proposal to issue an approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following service: Preventive and adaptive maintenance of the integrated software for legal, financial and economic operations.
