SKOPJE, 05/18/2012 – on the second sequel of the 13th session, the Broadcasting Council decided to send a warning to A2 TV, by which the television was given a deadline of seven days to adjust the format in accordance with the granted license. Despite this, the Broadcasting Council decided to send another indication to this broadcaster in relation with the broadcast of a musical video with improper content and the violation of the rules on the protection of minor audience.
On the 14th session, the Broadcasting Council has analyzed the reports from the monitoring of the program of several broadcasters and has sentenced the following indications and measures:
MTV1 – 3 written warnings
MTV2 – 1 indication and 3 written warnings
Telma TV – 1 written warning
Alsat M TV – 1 indication, 3 written warnings and 1 written warning with a demand for publishing
Sitel TV – 2 written warnings and 2 written warnings with a demand for publishing
Kanal 5 TV – 2 written warnings and 1 written warning with a demand for publishing
Radio Ros Metropolis – 3 written warnings with a demand for publishing
Radio Kanal 77 – 1 written warning
Radio Antenna 5 – 2 indications and 2 written warnings with a demand for publishing
Radio Angels FM (Shtip) – 1 indication and 1 written warning
The Information related to the monitoring of the public communication networks’ operators that function on the territory of the town of Gositvar and the villages Forino and Chegrane was also adopted.
The Broadcasting Council has adopted the Report on the monitoring of the first program service of the Macedonian radio – Radio Skopje; the Report on the monitoring of the second program service of the Macedonian radio – Radio 2; the Report on the monitoring of the program service Macedonian radio – Channel for the ethnic communities and it has concluded that in all three cases there were no violations.
