Skopje, 23.01.2015 – At today’s session, the Agency Council adopted the following rulebooks: Rulebook on Internal Organization and Operations of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, along with Annex No. 1 – Graphic Presentation of the Agency’s Internal Organization (Organizational Chart); Rulebook on the Systematization of Posts in the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, along with Annex No. 1 – Table Overview of Posts and Titles; Rulebook on Ensuring Transparency in the Work of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services; Rulebook on Defining the Obligations and Responsibilities of the Information System Administrator and the Authorized Persons in the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, and a Rulebook on Reporting, Reacting to and Resolving Incidents in the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
The Agency Council adopted two Draft Rulebooks: Draft Rulebook on the Manner of Announcing Data about the Broadcasters’ Work, and Draft Rulebook on Professional Advanced Training of the Employees in the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
The Agency Council adopted an Expert Supervision Record.
The Agency Council reached a decision to permit change into the ownership structure of the Trade Broadcasting Company HOME RADIO DOOEL Skopje.
The Agency Council adopted the following decisions concerning the public procurement needs: office supplies, printer and copier toner cartridges, maintenance and repair of the computer network and active network equipment, maintenance and servicing of the photocopiers, fax machines and printers, as well as the decision to provide the service of the existing WEB page migration and maintenance of the server intended for hosting the Agency’s WEB page.
