Skopje, 11.11.2015 – At today’s session, the Council of the Agency decided on adopting a conclusion that the Agency should file an initiative with the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia seeking authentic interpretation of Article 39 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, with regard to:
- Weather the physical and legal entities that are founders, i.e. partners of the legal entities that are founders or partners, of the broadcasters are considered founders, i.e. partners of the broadcasters,
- Weather the legal entities performing one of the activities specified in Article 39 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services may appear as owners of shares of the
The Council adopted a decision to issue permission to the Director of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services to sign Annex No. 3 and Annex No. 4 to the Construction Contract for the administrative facility of “Panko Brashnarov Palace”.
