Skopje, 20.10.2016 – While conducting regular supervision over the work of the “VVV-INTERNET GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Kumanovo” operator, the Agency established violation of Article 141 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, due to which it issued a Warning Decision to discontinue retransmission of the programming services.
The “VVV-INTERNET GRUP DOOEL uvoz-izvoz Kumanovo” operator has been enjoined to harmonize its operations with the Law on AVMS immediately after the receipt of this Decision.
