Skopje, 01.06.2017 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services conducted, ex officio, an ad hoc programme supervision over the work of TRD TV KANAL 5 DOOEL Skopje,more precisely, the show titled “Vo Centar” (At the Centre), by Vasko Eftov, aired on 21 May 2017, with the aim of establishing if violation had been committed against Article 48 of the LAAVMS (Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, Specific Prohibitions).
The ad hoc supervision did not find any violations of the specific prohibitions under Article 48 of the LAAVMS.
