Skopje, 30.06.2017 – In the course of a regular administrative supervision over the work of the “KAPITAL MEDIA GROUP DOO uvoz-izvoz Skopje” trade company for journalism, publishing, trade, manufacturing and services, as the publisher of the “Kapital” weekly; the “ARS LAMINA DOO Skopje” graphic services and trade company, as the editor of the “Mini Libi” magazine,
and the “BIRO PRESS DOO Skopje” publishing company, as the publisher of the “Porta 3” magazine, the Agency for Audio and Audiovsiual Media Services found violations of Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Media Law, as a result of which it imposed warning measures.
With regard to the established violations of Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Media Law, the Agency issued decisions on imposing warning measures against these publishers, and enjoined them to harmonize their business operations with the relevant legal provisions within 30 days from the day of receipt of the respective decisions.
