Skopje, 09.10.2017 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services conducted regular programme supervision over the work of ROBI DOOEL Stip, with the aim of verifying if this cable operator was re-transmitting programming services solely within the service zone specified in the broadcasters TV or radio broadcasting licenses and on the basis of regulated authors’ and related rights, in accordance with the Law on Authors’ and Related Rights under the LAAVMS.
The supervision found that the cable operator had operated in harmony with the legal provisions.
