Skopje, 13 October 2017 – Based on the monitoring report concerning the media coverage of the election campaign, the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services initiated a misdemeanor procedure against Alfa TV, due to broadcasting news items containing results of a public opinion poll relate to the participants in the electoral process following the legally prescribed deadline.
The items with the results of the public opinion poll were aired on 10 and 11 October 2017, within the “Alfa Skop” TV Magazine, as part of the information segment titled “News on Elections”.
