Skopje, 2 November 2018 – Based on a conducted regular administrative supervision over the programme of Radio Rosa-AB and Radio EF_EM 90.3 SPORTSKO RADIO, which detected disregard for the obligation to air information that should be made available to the users as part of their programmes, the Agency imposed warning measures against the above broadcasters.
The two broadcasters were given a 30-day deadline to harmonize their operations with the relevant legal provisions of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
