Skopje, 19 December 2025 – A briefing meeting was held today at the premises of the Agency between representatives of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services and the “Democracy Lab” organization.
During the meeting, key findings were presented from Democracy Lab’s ongoing project on monitoring and countering disinformation in North Macedonia, implemented in cooperation with Picasa Analytics. The project focuses on identifying and analytically tracking disinformation narratives on digital platforms, with particular emphasis on foreign interference and its impact on democratic processes and public trust.
The purpose of the meeting was to exchange relevant data and recommendations that could contribute to tackling the growing challenges related to disinformation narratives and to safeguarding the information space.
