The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services held its 16^th Session on 5 May 2026 (Tuesday), starting at 11:00 hrs, via videoconference.

1. Adoption of the Draft Minutes from the 15^th Session of the Council of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, held on 27 April 2026.
2. Review of the quarterly reports on the work of the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services for the period from 1 January to 31 March 2026.
3. Proposal to impose a public warning measure against the operator TOTAL TV DOO Skopje due to violation of Article 141 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services.
4. Proposal for granting approval to conduct a public procurement procedure for obtaining the following goods: hardware for a monitoring system for paid political advertising.
