Skopje, September 19, 2012 – The TV program services, which are well known to the Macedonian TV audience as Best of Macedonia (BOM) and K-15 Music are illegal and do not correspond to the legally licensed Australian TV channels BOM and K-15 Music, which are broadcast in Australia – this was the message, which the TV Plus representative, John Jeremic conveyed to the President of the Broadcasting Council, M.Sc Zoran Trajchevski.

President Trajchevski confirmed yesterday’s decision of BC, that in a situation, where there are no valid copyright agreements for retransmission of the TV services BOM and K-15 Music, made with the legal descendent of UBI TV World, the operators of public communication networks are given deadline until 25 September 2012, to submit to BC valid copyright contracts for retransmission of these TV services.

All operators, which will not submit valid contracts until 25 September, will have to stop the retransmission of BOM and K-15 Music as of 26 September.

BC decided to review all contracts for regulated copyrights of BOM and K-15 Music, which will be submitted until 25 September 2012 on a session and will determine its validity.
