Skopje, 14 February 2017 – In accordance with the provisions of Article 15, Paragraph 5 of the Media Law, by 31 march 2017 at the latest, broadcasters are obligated to submit a report to the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services,using a special form, about the fulfillment of the obligations specified in the radio or television broadcasting licenses. In accordance with Article 91 of the Law on Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, broadcasters of television programming services at the state level are also obligated to inform the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services, by 31 March 2017 at the latest, using a special form, about the European audiovisual works and the works by independent producers that they broadcasted during the previous calendar year.
