Agency Refutes Allegations About High Percentage of Annulled Public Procurements

Skopje, 11 July 2019 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services refutes the claims by the Civil Communications Centre released on 9 July 2019 during the presentation of the third report under the project on “Monitoring the Efficiency, Effectiveness, Transparency and Accountability of Media Regulatory Authorities – PROformance Watch II”, that, when it comes to public procurement, the Agency “has manifested a high percentage of the most infamous annulments – the ones due to unacceptable offer,” and that it had annulled 40 % of its public procurements on these grounds.[…]
