HIGHER ADMINISTRATIVE COURT UPHOLDS RULING: LEVICA’S LAWSUIT AGAINST AVMU DISMISSED
Skopje, 1 December 2025 – The Higher Administrative Court has upheld a previous ruling of the Administrative Court, dismissing as unfounded the complaint filed by the Levica political party against the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services (AVMU). The decision was reached at the Court’s session on 6 November 2025, upholding a previous ruling of the Administrative Court, which rejected Levica’s motion to annul the Agency’s Guidelines for Broadcasters for the 2025 Local Elections

2025 Media Literacy Days Kick Off in Skopje
