Skopje, 17 April 2026 – In line with legal obligations, the Public Service Broadcaster (MRT), the national television channels, and the providers of video-on-demand media services continue to gradually increase the volume of programmes adapted for persons with sensory disabilities.
This overview enables citizens to identify which accessible programmes are available in 2026. It also provides information on the fulfilment of obligations in terms of:
- Continuity: In 2026, programmes that became accessible in 2025 continue to be broadcast.
- Expansion: New and additional content has been introduced this year, using a wider range of accessibility tools; and
- Cumulative growth: The volume of accessible programmes increases each year, ensuring a broader and more diverse offer of adapted content.
