Skopje, 6 November 2025 – Pursuant to Article 76-e, Paragraph 8 of the Electoral Code, the Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services (AVMU) has submitted to the State Election Commission its Report on the Paid Political Advertising by Broadcasters during the first round of the election campaign for the 2025 Local Elections, held from 29 September to 17 October 2025

Skopje, 20 October 2025 – Due to violations of the election silence during the first round of the 2025 Local Elections, based on reports from the monitoring of media election coverage, the Council of the Agency decided, at its 15th Session held today, to initiate misdemeanour proceedings against TV 24 Vesti and TV Vistel.

Skopje, 17 October 2025 – The Agency for Audio and Audiovisual Media Services informs broadcasters that the election campaign for the first round of the Local Elections lasts until 24:00 hrs on 17 October 2025. From 18^th of October until 19:00 hrs on 19^th of October, the rules for election silence apply
