ОХРИД, 25 мај 2011 – Советот за радиодифузија е домаќин на 33-от состанок на Европската платформа на регулаторни тела, кој ќе се одржува од 25 до 27 мај во Охрид, во хотелот Инекс Горица. Над 150 претставници од регулаторните тела за медиуми од сите земји од Европа, од задкавкаскиот регион и Израел ќе разговараат на актуелни прашања од областа на регулацијата на електронските медиуми, како што е користењето на дигиталната дивиденда, соодветната имплементација на европската Директива за аудио-визуелни медиумски сервиси и зголемување на ефективноста на медиумската регулација.

21.04.2011 BC adopted the Rulebooks on Media Coverage of the Elections
SKOPJE, 21.04.2011 – On today’s session the Broadcasting Council (BC) adopted the Rulebook for Conduct of the Media Outlets in the Period prior to the Start of the Election Campaign and the Rulebook for Equal Access to the Media Presentation during election campaign with six votes FOR and two votes AGAINST, within the timeframe, set in the Electoral Code.

15.04.2011 Denial of the Accusations of VMRO DPMNE
SKOPJE, 15.04.2011 – The Broadcasting Council is an independent regulatory authority and strongly denies the allegations, expressed on today’s press conference of the ruling party VMRO DPMNE. These allegations are the most non-democratic attempt of one political entity to put a pressure on one independent media regulatory authority.This kind of behavior suits to totalitarian regimes, and not to democratic societies.
